Why hellooo!
This week I'm showing you how to stay warm while incorporating this season's trends.
Collared shirts are one of my favourite trends - there's something about them that just draws me to them. They're sexy and they spice up a plain shirt so effortlessly. I've been on the hunt for a new blouse to amp up my winter style. I wanted something different, nice detailing and that will keep me warm enough on a night out. Thankfully, I found that with this AMAZING piece featured below. The criss-cross detailing on the sleeves adds that extra touch that I've been looking for.
The collar on the other hand is the perfect width and it doesn't make me feel like I'm choking myself, yay! Let's be real, that wouldn't end well. I love that even though it's a winter piece, it still has a sexy element through the plunging v-shaped neckline - heaven!

Now, pour yourself a cup of tea and have a seat while I tell you about my story with flares:
Once upon a time, let's say 2015..I had come across flares on Instagram. Bloggers were flaunting them, loving them and embracing them. I was like "hell to the no" (yep, exactly like that!) and swore to myself I would NEVER go there. I thought it was too old school and I laughed at the thought of a 70's trend coming back into the fashion circle. Fast-forward a year later and here I am with a pair of flairs in my wardrobe. I spotted these babies online and instantly fell in love. I had started accepting flairs for who they were (I'm getting deep) and thought 'hey, I could give this a go'. After trying them on in-store - and did I mention they were the last pair left and IN MY SIZE?-  I knew it was fate.
I'm now in love and my flairs and I are very happy together.
I hope you enjoyed my fairytale.

Check out the outfit below and see how you can get the look for yourself!
