Hey Readers!
I'm excited to announce that I'm now a proud owner of shoes that make me feel like a total #boss.
In the sacred shoe-drobe, it's great to have a variety of shoes that make you feel
a) pretty and sexy
b) cool and casual

While I've succeeded in parts a and b, I'm a bit addicted to my new shoes that make me feel like I'm about to drop my first rap album. Although these shoes can definitely be found in unisex styles, they still make me feel girly with a touch of badass...ya feel?

Since it's almost Winter and I happen to despise every morning as it feels just that little bit colder, these are a lifesaver for cold feet (literally). Not only do they safe your feets (yes, I said feets like from that funny bird meme) from the harsh Antarctic temperatures (slight exaggeration..), they look so cool and make you want to stomp instead of walk...a graceful stomp that is.

These boots can add edge to a range of outfits and can also be totally dolled up in a cute boho get-up for Spring. I like to think 'never say never' when it comes to shoes. While I may have not thought I'd be rocking boots like these a few years ago, now I just can't get enough! Plus, why go for your average Winter boot when you can strut around in these babies! Get them on your FEETS now.

Jeans: Topshop
T-shirt (wrap around): Cotton On

Hey Readers!
While fashion bloggers around Australia are starting to incorporate 'winter woolies' into their outfit posts, I can't say Brisbane is quite there yet. Sure, I get up in the morning and it's 14 degrees but by 11am it's 26 degrees and you have no option but to strip off the layers you packed on so you don't get heatstroke. In saying that, I try to dress for the bipolar temperatures we see in the day. Whether that's wearing a jumper and a skirt or jeans and a 'summery' top.

I put together an outfit that incorporated the need for both something to keep you warm and something to cool you down. Also, because I'm a sucker for colour coordination I had to include some cute heels to match my top - so sue me.

Check out my outfit below where I held on to Summer a little bit longer at my riverside location.
