Hi Readers!
I thought I'd do a post on a very simple, easy-to-wear look you can put together for less.
I love high-end labels and I like to invest in some pricey pieces for my wardrobe. However, in saying that, I do constantly purchase garments that are super affordable and ones that can mimic similar, more expensive styles.
I've put together an outfit that I wore out on a cooler night, seeing as it's unfortunately still Winter.
This look contains my favourite tone, black, and a distressed jean.

I 100% understand it can be hard to spend money on particular items and many of you are students and are looking for an easy way out. Consider this post a how-to get the look for less. You don't need to be spending a tonne of money to look on-trend. It can be as simple as going to sales, especially end-of-season, as there are a lot of styles that are transeasonal. You can also rely on fashion coupons and deals, having a loyalty card for a store or signing up to newsletters to receive exclusive information.

Without further adieu, here is how I styled an on-trend look for less.

T-shirt: Sportsgirl ($24.95)
Jeans: Bardot ($50 - Levi's at Surfstitch offers a similar pair that is currently on sale - 501 SLASH)
Jumper: Dissh (29.95)
Handbag: Forever New ($60)
Heels: Payless Shoes ($30)

Hey Readers!
After a month of being absent, I am back into blogging. I am so excited to continue on after having an amazing holiday overseas!
I have been chosen to participate in the Somedays Lovin "Off Duty" Style Challenge alongside some of Australia's best fashion bloggers.

Seeing as it's Winter, I wanted to incorporate a garment that showcased just that. I was looking for something that is on trend but can be styled up or down. I love how the theme is "Off Duty", seeing as I believe the garment I chose to style perfectly depicts this.
The off-duty inspiration comes from Somedays Lovin's latest campaign, "Midnight Rambler" that features Natalie Suarez from Natalie Off Duty.

A big thank you to not only Somedays Lovin, but to Arrow Divine and Shambhala, Byron Bay for sponsoring this competition!

Without further adieu, here is my entry into the Somedays Lovin "Off Duty" Style Challenge.

Hey Readers!
I am writing a different type of post today.
This is because I am currently travelling Europe for 3 and a half weeks! It's a really exciting time in my life and a great chance for me to unwind and just relax for a little while with some friends.
In saying this, Fashion Avenue will be taking a little break for the next couple of weeks.
Leading up to it, I was sorting out posts to prepare. However, I became a bit too stressed out leading up to my trip. But not to worry! I not only have a list to jump back into when I return, but you can watch some of my videos on my YouTube channel!

To make this post a little bit more upbeat, here are some photos of the places I am travelling to during this time! Please note: I do NOT own any of the images in this post.

Greek Islands

I cannot wait to share my travel photos when I return!
I will see you in my next post!
